They first appear as beautiful women with long flowing hair and angelic voices. They also have glowing orbs along their arms which they can pulsate light through to add to further entice their prey towards them. Once their hapless victims are within reach their faces and bodies distort and they become hideous and terrifying monsters. They can open their mouths wide enough to devour a grown man within moments.
They are extremely territorial and will attack each other on sight, which is why they appear so scarred in their true forms.
These guys would probably be quite a common sight within the game, and would congregate near larger populations of humans. Their presence would terrify the populace and would cause vast areas of land to be almost totally unexplored.
